I am a farmer from southern Michigan. I raise my own beef and sometimes my own pork. My wife and I enjoy French, Italian, Mexican, Spanish and other Mediterranean type foods. We are always on the lookout for some new and exciting recipes, especially side dishes.

As soon as I saw SALT POTATOES I thought I was back home in Rochester, N.Y. Live in Connecticut now and they have no clue about salt potatoes. Thank you soooo much.
