About me
After losing 30 pounds, I've realized that cooking my own food at home makes it much easier to keep the weight off. I no longer desire the heavily-processed, preservative-laden "food" that I used to eat and cook with. I prefer fresh foods and ingredients that give me tons of taste, energy and do good things for my body. Of course, that chocolate ogre still has ahold of me, so I tame it occasionally by indulging in a decadent dessert. I'm always on the look out for new, healthy recipes that don't require hours to prepare or lots of fancy ingredients. *And no, I'm not Ashley Judd. Some people just say I look like her.
