    Hotpad: when you try old Gunga's curry take care with the raisins. We get them from all over the world here and I made up a batch of curry that was far too sweet. The raisins have to be the culprit. Manger avec app├ętit (Eat heartily)RJ

    Hi Hotpad! Thanks for the invite, and I am glad to accept! Thanks for the suggestions on the chicken and veggie carbonara...I knew it was not a classic carbonara, because I didn't add bacon (heaven forbid! LOL), and certainly you could...but I tend to experiment first and then try to figure out a name for what I have done. Call me crazy, everyone else does! Carbonara was as close as I could come to 'splainin it. :-D
