About me
Just an average Joe with a passion for cooking. I seem to have a knack for finding good flavor combinations. Only recently have I started to write down what I make. For years I just would whip something up and if it worked I would not know how to duplicate it. So I hope you enjoy some of the things I have found that work well. Rule number 1 - ALWAYS use fresh, high quality spices.

Hey, chicken chorizo? At TJ's? We have one near us - must look for that...sounds like a great way to cut out SOME of the fat, but chicken or not, this burrito sounds killer
