About me
I guess I've been cooking since I was 20, after I moved away from home and into my own place. So, my cooking experience began out of necessity, not choice. But, I was privy to some very good cookbooks, and the mentoring of two parents who, themselves, were good cooks, and I've been shopping, chopping, slicing and dicing, ever since. Throughout the process, I've whipped up some fairly good meals and, like some of you, dished up some duds, as well. But, thankfully, none of my guests have croaked from eating my vittles.
