About me
First, I'm diabetic and I'm always on the look out for lower carb choices that still taste fresh and delish. I have 2 forms of depression and would love to hear about foods that boost mood that I could still eat on a diabetic diet, if you have such info up your sleeve! I have a family of 6, and I'm all for recipes that feed a big bunch o' people. Lastly, I'll try anything once and really enjoy foreign foods. (On a non-food level, I love to knit and crochet. I love to read and write and listen to music. I love art.)
