About me
Hello. I am a college student and I like cooking, but it takes me forever because I am a perfectionist and read instructions 20 times. So I love recipes that don't take 5 hours, are vegetarian or very light on meat at least, cheap, fun to make and are different. I like variety. I love tomatos, squash, cucumbers, any fruit except papaya, avacado and blueberries. I detest mushrooms. I used to not like seafood/fish, but have discovered tuna steak, tilapia, red snapper, bbq eel and calamari and have liked those.

I took off my recipes a long time ago because I'm still uncertain about sharing recipes from recipe books....unless there is no copyright. I have no clue how to delete them, but if I did, I would.

I'm going to post them again... when I get a chance. My fiance has convinced me that I there is no copyright for recipes

Hello Howie, what happened to your recipes the reviews sounded great and I would love to see them.

Hi i am rocky see my site http://lowcalorie-vegetarianrecipes.com/

Hey! I'm not sure exactly which Jewish cookbook it is that I have, and if it's the same as yours. It's one with an international scope, including both Ashkenazi and Sephardic recipes from all over the world. I made a chicken soup recipe from it once but I haven't really explored it fully. And since it's still in my kitchen in Budapest and I'm in Michigan, I can't check! But just checking Amazon, I think mine is actually The World of Jewish Cooking by Gil Marks.

Looking forward to sharing recipes with you :)

Btw, just for the record...i hate mushrooms too.

Yay! i'm SO glad you like it. It's great because it is just quick and easy to do, it's worth it, because the veggie burgers in the store are like cardboard.

I thought I was the only person who didn't like mushrooms! :-)

Mmm, this looks good, quite similar to one type of savory baked item they make in Hungary called a pogacsa. Probably an Ashkenazi recipe, I'd imagine. I believe I have the sam

Awesome! I have her first cookbook and I love shrooms and eggplant but hate green pepper... may use a red bell and smoked paprika :-)

Little Finger Biscuits
yeah - the conversions where already in the book - so I didn't have to figure them out ;)
