About me
I've always cooked a bit, but took over the kitchen totally -- and, I thought, temporarily -- a few years ago when my wife had back surgery that kept her from cooking. Found I enjoyed it, and she hates it, although she is an excellent cook. I still have to turn to her for guidance sometimes, I'm still most comfortable with a grill or the smoker that was a gift last Christmas.

Hi John, Thanks for checking out my Flaky Chicken Turnovers & your nice comments. I think puff pastry would be good too, although I was really pleased with how flaky the regular pastry I used turned out for these. I took some for my lunch at work today & ate them cold & they were really good.
