About me
Former east coaster now enjoying life among the California redwoods. I have lived in many different areas of the country, and had roommates from all over the world so I've picked up a lot of different cooking styles and food tastes. Sometimes though, I just crave my mom's good old-fashioned southern cooking. And I fully believe if it doesn't have garlic, it isn't food!

Another creative mind....fish sauce for marinade before frying...great idea...You can even use this dish as a dip sauce after you fried...keep up the good taste...
