I love eating good food. Especially high fat foods. As much as possible. My cardiologist told me to eat high fat and salty foods. Why? you may ask. Low blood pressure. I had a dietician tell me years ago to eat high fat food
s. You may think I am lucky as I am not part of the overweight nation. This is true, however, I used to be overweight and always dieting.
Those days are gone. Now I search for high fat foods with a lot of calories and protein and carbs-just about everything. Well, not sugar. Not much of it anyway. I do love chocolate, dark chocolate please!
