Cher, I'm trying to educate some of these folks that cajun and creole are different and Bourbon Street isn't in Calcassieu Parish and there are no streetcars. And jambayala isn't made with chili powder. and good cajun isn't just something blackened or blistering hot peppers using that wretched salty "cajun seasoning," which out to be outlawed.
