This was delicious! I will make it with thigh or pork next time though as the chicken breast was dry. I loved the blend of flavours though!

I just had this and it was very tasty! However, the consistency was like pudding. I opened the springform pan and the cake melted all over the counter. If I make this again, I will use one less egg, or something, because the custard was just too much. But I the taste is very good!

I remember baking this with my mom when I was a kid (in the 60's). It was in a recipe booklet and had a black and white picture. I would love to find out what cookbook it's published in, the name of the person who made it--anything! Would love to have it in my cookbook collection!

Sounds pretty good. I am having a 'turkey challenge' - gotta use up all the precooked turkey breast. I am on my last batch, and I think it will do nicely in place of chicken. Thanks for posting!

I made this but had to make several changes to work with what I had. I don't think the changes compromised the essence of this recipe and it is a delicious one! More detailed info at Stir Fry Lobster Nova Scotia Style.
