I remember when I made a Baked Alaska when I was fourteen years old and my love of cooking has grown ever since. I have many cookbooks but my preference is collecting recipes from magazines, the internet, friends & family. I will never be able to cook everyone in my vast collection but I am constantly trying new recipes. Some of my favorite cooking magazines are Bon Appetit, Gourmet, Southern Living and Cooking Light.
