Certified Chef.. been thru Seattle Culinary Arts School as well as use to own my own resturant. Recently diagnosed hypoglycemia (low blood sugar, opposite of diabetes) so have to find a whole new way of eating. Stumbled across this site and thought it looked GOOD.
