Hi, I hope with your soup diet you'rwe getting some protein and good carbs in like skin-on potatoes, brown rice / bread or grains, and some dairy too (or other calcium replacement) - otherwise you'll wind up sick and gaining all the weight back. A good and gradual diet is more effective for weight loss, and less boring too.
