The brand I have on hand now is CENTO SLICED SWEET PIMIENTOS, www.cento.com. I have used other brands. If you can't find them in a small jar, then just add a fresh red bell shaped pepper. This looks incredible! I have no fresh basil right now, just snow on the ground but I can get it at the grocery store. Basil has such a wonderful flavor.
