About me
I am 27 years old, newly engaged Washingtonian (Although I live outside the city in Alexandria). I moved in with my fiance a few months ago, and now that I have someone to cook for I am loving trying new things! I don't eat red meat, but pretty much like everything else - especially seafood and salads. I am very active, so try to stay on the healthy side of cooking, but I have my weaknesses, hence my Enchilada recipe :) My fiance is British, so traditional English foods would be great to learn about. I also signed up to run my second marathon, and would love suggestions on good pre and post run meals.
