I didn't get the prime rib part of this recipe although it was good. I didn't pour the broth over the roast as I wanted to save it for dipping. I put a slice on bread and dipped it in the broth. I'll probably eat the rest of it that way as well. I used a 2.5 bottom round roast and flipped it over halfway through so all of the roast could sit in the broth. Mine cooked for 9.5 hours. I added a picture and a thread in IMI 9/19/20

Not sure what people see in this. My first clue should have been when it said to add a 1/4 cup of butter to a skillet and fry up 6 breast halves. Then add garlic.
Do you add the garlic to the chicken while cooking, or after wards before the almonds and amaretto?
The sauce tasted like heavy whipping cream that I still cant get the taste out of my mouth. Nothing like heated heavy whipping cream on the pallet. I had to more than double the amaretto just to kill the heavy cream flavor.
I'm not a chef, but this recipe is one of the worst I've ever made. Wasted time and ingredients. threw most of it away.

Thanks for the kind comments on the corn nuggets. My daddy and I grew up on those little puffs of goodness and I surely do miss them on this low carb diet I'm following. Jes glad that you liked them enough to tell folks. Now, let me see what kind of carb trouble I can get into with your recipes, LOL? I'm trying my best to get that sugar under control. Happy to meet you and looking forward to many a recipe swap!!!
