About me
I'm a mom to a 3 year old that runs me like crazy, a husband that is a motorsport freak/hobby mechanic and I work full time. We bought an acreage about a year ago with our dream house built in 1910. We gutted it to the studs and have done much of the work ourselves. We still are working towards moving in! So, I love quick and easy meals and anything that will keep my mixer running! Crock pot cooking is my favorite, especially during the winter months. My family loves food and love to try out anything new - and most cases - the spicier the better!
