Sorry for the delay in my reply regarding your canning question and my 'Ultimate Meaty Spaghetti Sauce' recipe (I hate that GR has not fixed their email notification issue yet - I don't log on as often and I miss messages). I am sure that you would need to use a pressure canner for the sauce because it contains meat. I will check with my Mom about the method. She is a Master Food Preserver certified through Washington State University. I am sure she would be able to provide the proper method to make sure that the sauce was canned properly. I will get back to you on this!
