    It was good but made some changes, since I didn't have everything. I used red potatoes for the purple ones, thyme for the rosemary, a little veggie oil for the butter. I also transferred the potatoes and fish from the skillet to a foil- lined, coconut oil coated baking dish. It came out delish!

    Take 2 slices of sourdough bread. (Butter one side of both slices) garlic herb butter (butter other side of each slice) 2 slices provolonge cheese on both slices of bread, (garlic side)grilled chicken, jullianne or bias cut, roasted tomatoes, fresh Basil leaves (do not overpower) add spinach, top with remaining slice. Grill to perfection

    I just made this tonight and what a great way to end the long, hard work week. The onion/mayo/pesto mixture was perfect. I felt like I had just order from Corner Bakery. Best of all, I fed my family of five for less than the price of one meal from Corner Bakery! Thanks for posting the recipie:)

    Tnx! kl is Kilo! ahaha! Calamansi is commonly called as calamondin, golden lime, panama orange, chinese orange, acid orange, calamonding, or calamandarin in the English language. Pork adobo is also delicious. .

    Thank you:) I think you will be very pleased with the Mornay Sauced Baked Spinach With Mushrooms . I used manchego in my mornay sauce but really any mild white cheese works just as well. I also use guar instead of flour because I am on a low-carb diet and that eliminates a ton of carbs. Guar is a great thickener and takes a very tiny amount in comparison to flour.
