  HEY, ARENT U SO SWEET! YES, I AM TRULY SOUTHERN AND FULL OF SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY.. MY ROOTS RUN DEEP HERE IN THE BAYOU AND I LOVE IT.. I COOK GOOD OLE NORTH LA. SOUL FOOD AND SOUTH LA. CREOLE/CAJUN.. SOMETIMES I MIX BOTH! LOL! I ALSO FOUND THIS SITE BY ACCIDENT AND I HAVE LOVED IT IF NOT BECAME ADDICTED TO IT. MY DAD IS OUT IN MINERAL WELLS, TEXAS WORKING, HAS BEEN FOR A FEW YEARS NOW, I WILL BE OUT THERE THE FIRST WEEK OF JUNE FOR 3 WEEKS. CARRY MY 7 YR OLD SON TO SEE HIS FAV COUNTRY GROUP "RASCAL FLATTS" I WANTED TO BUY TICKETS FOR THE CELINE DION CONCERT THERE IN JAN. OF 2009 BUT WHEN I SAW 400.00 TO 1500.00 TICKETS I CHANGED MY MIND! NOTHING ABOUT MY RECIPES ARE HEALTHY, HA! BUT, THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I WAS TAUGHT TO COOK OF COURSE OVER THE YEARS I HAVE TWEAKED MY GRANNYS AND MAMAS RECIPES TO MY LIKENING.. I GLAD YOU STOPPED BY AND HOPE YOU CONTINUE TO.. MILES OF SMILES!
