About me
Live in the East Midlands with my partner and her 3 daughters, psychotic dog and people hating cat. I have spent the last 20 years dealing with the military and police, selling them lots of covert stuff. I have 2 children from my previous marriage. I recently became a granddad and now have a beautiful granddaughter. I like travelling, reading and of course my passion is cooking, I ran a hotel many years ago and developed my skills there as our resident chef preferred to spend his time propping up the bar!

Thanks for the welcome, the picture is of my 1st grandchild, Brooke. Thought it wiser not to scare too many with my mug shot. Found this site by chance, bit like a blog site only with food as the core subject. Will try and upload some good recipes when I get a bit more time.
