I recently graduated from culinary school in August 2007. I love food and love experimenting with recipes. I strongly believe in tasting the food before it goes out to customers. I collect and create recipes in my spare time. I love collecting cookbooks as well. Someday I'd like to open a restaurant where everyone just loves to hang out, have fun, and eat some great food.
