About me
I absolutey love to cook and have been doing so for as long as I remember. I must admit that baking is my favorite, especially pies but I will,and can,cook absolutely anything,anytime. I live in Eastern Oregon where fresh ingredients can be a bit of a challenge so every year, the garden gets the buk of my attention. I enjoy cooking the wonderful beef that is raised here and any fresh Oregon seafood I can get my mitts on. I love Mexican food. My favorite pro chefs are Rick Bayless, Mario Batali and Guy Fieri.
