About me
I am orginally from the UK but been living in Cupertino California since 1989. I work in the computer research but I also cook every day. I have been cooking since I was in college and needed to survive on a small amount of money. I am quite passionate about using seasonal and sustainable ingredients. I am also quite interested in food traditions across the world and on a bit of mission to convince people that real British cuisine isn't just about fish/pie and chips (although this can be good too :-) )
