Hi...I loved your Real Caesar Dressing recipe...But I thought I would ask you about the amount of Olive oil you have which is listed as 2 Cups...It sounded a little excessive to me...I used about 1/4 cup...And I thought that amount was sufficient...Just an Fyi...

Tried this dressing and found it to be absolutely delicious...Will very likely be my dressing whenever I have a Caesar salad...Like the fact that thee is no mayo used as well.

Great Recipe! But one question. If you have 2cups of olive oil and 1cup of parmesan. How do you only end up with 1 1/2 cups of dressing?
