About me
Hello to all you good people, I am an 'Fine Artist' living between my home here in the heart of Lancashire, UK & Abruzzo in Italy, I must say I really love the local dishes of that region...although some of the restaurants do serve some strange mixtures of meat that I think look like road kill ! Anyway being artistic & creative I enjoy experimenting with food from around the world, I think its fun to have say a Swiss week, a Greek week , a Spanish themed week .....My partner is Japanese so we have quite a bit of oriental food on our menu too ! Cooking is also a great Art form in its own right, but the best part of that is you can EAT IT !!!!
