I think it's interesting that most of the whole-foods tagged foodies have someone with allergies in their families. Maybe that's the reason for switching to unprocessed. I have 3 kids who've had an allergy/intolerance to milk until around age one or a little later. It made me have to modify my diet, but I'm glad they've grown out of it. I still like to cook healthy, as I always did before. The less chemicals and processing, the better.
