About me
I'm a person that loves to explore... and while I can't afford plane tickets to the great blue yander, I can afford to go to my local market and explore unique foods. Some may gage or others scoff, but I have a stomach made of iron and I use it the best I can. From tripe to pork stomach tacos, tongue sandwiches, chilled brains, assortments of fried and chocolate dipped bugs, chicken feet, pig knuckle, and even beef penis. My passion is food that most people think of as a joke or disgusting because... you don't know intil you try!
