About me
The handsome guy in the picture is actually Sheldon, my 16 year old husky mix buddy. Me, food-wise: I love to cook when I have time. I am constitutionally unable to follow a recipe exactly; I always have to tweak it a little one way or another. It drives my mother crazy; she's a fundamentalist recipe-follower, even for recipes she's made for years. I bake all my own bread; thank heavens for Kitchen-Aid mixers. (Little rye, little whole wheat, little white wheat, little bread flour--who needs a recipe?)
