About me
Baking is my passion. I have a large family of taste testers(8 kids,3 grand) I enjoy creating food gifts,(cookies,and candy mostly), and I am always looking for new and nice ways to present them. Going to culinary school, and having my own baking business has always been a dream for me.I love to collect baking cook books,and spend a lot of time at the local library, and book stores always looking for my next cookbook purchase. I can't ever have enough cookbooks! I love to collect recipes from the internet and I belong to many recipe groups. NASCAR is my all time obsession! GO JEFF! #24 ROCKS!

Thanks Jeffsgirl for your message, We live about ten miles outside of Jacksonville so it's just our mailing address. I added a photo for you to see our home at my site. Our farm is only 5 acres. Everyday I feel blessed to be so lucky to live in such a beautiful place. AZ is also a beautiful place to live, quite different of course then Oregon but during winter I long for warm weather...not to hot though. One day I hope to venture your way since I am very much into photography and would love to take photos of the arches, etc. Take care my new friend.

Well it's another year. Where do you think we stand? I think we have a good shot at the title. Lucky 13 yesterday isn't to bad. With them tires, it could have been a lot worse. Anyway I'm excited so far.
