I'm married, a Mom of 4 grown kids and Grandmother of the most perfect baby girl in the world!! I love to cook, and to see my family enjoy what I cook. I am far from a gourmet chef, just a simple country cook. My mother was Italian, and I started making sauce before I could spell
"spaghetti" . I've learned that simpler is usually better when I cook, and try to take that attitude into everything I do. Life is really good!!
