About me
My name is Jenn, and I am 27. I have been married for 7 years, and we have 4 hungry boys. I LOVE to be in my kitchen experimenting. I often will take someone elses recipe and put my own spin on it, which does not always work out for the best, let me tell you! I am fortunate that my boys love spicy foods, and are not at all pickey. If they were, they would not survive in my household, as I am cooking something new (with peppers, of course) constantly.

Make my Japanese-chicken-wings-the-bone-pile-that-is and your kids with not need Tabasco for this one. Kids love it, heck everyone loves it and it is easy to make. Put it all in a pot and let it cook for hours stirring when you walk by the pot. The kitchen will smell wonderful. Happy Trails, JJ.

Spicy Chipotle Enchiladas

These hot Chipotle Enchiladas are right up my alley.
