I love easy, wonderful tasting recipes utilizing garden, farmer's market or local products. It makes me feel good supporting the community while eating healthy. Don't let this fool you my taste buds also respond very well to ice cream. I also love to entertain but I hate horrific prepwork and clean up. I want to enjoy my guests.
