About me
I was unknowingly for months as my favorite dish and my daily restaurant was tofu and I only drank water and tea. My Nuerologist disaproved as I went into a flare up. She said the Soy milk is fine but she needed me to eat some meat. Since she is the qualified brain expert, I'll take her word for it. Some meat is okay....I feel okay as long as the meat and eggs I eat is free range. The China Study is a fantastic book.
