I've made it several times already. I've been very busy cooking up a storm as this last month was packed full of Jewish holidays. Even the fast day of Yom Kippur has two big meals in it--one before the fast and the one to break the fast afterward! In the Spanish Jewish tradtion, a blessing is made on several different items- the wine, the vegetables, olives or the fruit of a tree, fish and the Hallah- a loaf of braided bread. For years I've been making a simple stuffed (deviled?!) egg with tuna. I always felt bad about taking that stuff out of a can and serving it up to my family on Friday nights. Then my husband brought home fresh-frozen tuna last month. So I went to the computer and voila!!
