About me
My name is jenny, and i looooove to eat food :) problem is, i also loooooove to dance (chinese dance that is!) so i'm not allowed to get pudgy :( I'm constantly looking for really good, really healthy, really un-guilty food recipes. I currently am going into my second year at UC Davis on a clinical nutrition major, and i hope to go to culinary school afterwards, so in roughly 5 years I might post some really good, really healthy recipes of my own :)

TERRIBLE! I just made this cake and it's terribly bitter. There is no sweetness to it at all. I was hoping that the applesauce would be enough when I read the recipe...but
