Jgnat, try the skim milk or 2 percent fat milk. The three tablespoons of butter isn't much butter at all but if you can't have it, use olive oil, margarine or one of those new fat free spreads that you can find in the grocery stores. As far as the cheese goes, try a yogurt or soy cheese instead of the cheddar. I love aged cheddar but it would change the recipe. Of course, the best part about Group Recipes is that we can change any recipe we like to suit our tastes (and waistlines!) Change it and please post the new recipe for the rest of us to try.
