About me
I'm an avid fly fisherman who enjoys the outdoors, backpacking, camping, gardening and cooking. I love to experiment with new dishes. Lamb is my all time favorite food to prepare. I grill, (indoor and outdoor) and am learning to use various "smoking" recipes. Although I fly fish every chance I get, I'm a catch and release fisherman, mainly for the fishes sake, but also because I don't really care for fresh water fish that much. I love to experiment with "out door" cooking and am always open to all new suggestions/recipes. I also enjoy pairing wines with my dishes.
