I'm a full-time Mom, Domestic Goddess, and part-time Food Blogger. I'm that woman who always has an orderly house and home-schools her kids. Creamy Lemon Oat Bars

Mmmm, I came home from work on Friday with a craving for lemon, and found this recipe instead of the normal lemon bars--I'm never making those again! These are INCREDIBLE!!!

Peanut Butter Chocolates

Cool! A couple of years ago, I made tons of them for Valentines & sold 'em off to teachers at my son's school. I made a nice bit of change. They were a HUGE HIT!

Creamy Lemon Oat Bars

This is good! I tried this just now. I added an egg to the oatmeal mixture though to bind the oatmeal crust together. Great flavor--- sweet and tangy in every bite!!!
