I followed the recipe exactly, except I used agave nectar instead of sugar. This recipe is so much easier than the cooked version!!! I had some of the cranberry sauce leftover after Thanksgiving, so I added it to my breakfast smoothies.

thanks for your recipe. I’ve been looking forever for something delicious and quick to make but completely gluten free so it’s safe for coeliacs to eat. So thrilled to come across this Vietnamese noodle soup Happy Pho. It takes 15 mins for me to cook & has super healthy ingredients, so it’s tasty and doesn’t make me feel terrible afterwards like a lot of Asian prepackaged products. I found it at Whole Foods Berkeley but I think they’re at a bunch of other stores too http://staranisefoods.com

Has anyone tried this with spelt flour yet? I have some in my cupboard that I'd like to use with this recipe.
    Thanks!

I've made this many times for Thanksgiving and everyone loves it! In my opinion, I think its much better than cranberry jelly! Very easy and it has a very refreshing flavor! I use 1- 12oz. bag of fresh cranberries, about 3/4 cup of white sugar and 1 large navel orange. This makes about 2 1/2 cups of relish! I added my photo:)
