I can't eat gluten but I don't think I should be denied the foods I love: pizza, pasta, cakes and cookies. I'm out to prove to the world that being gluten-free doesn't mean you have to give up food.

I love these too. At my house the kids call them special potatoes, because , as you said they are just really GOOD!
We always add a little bacon too. Yum!
