I can't eat gluten but I don't think I should be denied the foods I love: pizza, pasta, cakes and cookies. I'm out to prove to the world that being gluten-free doesn't mean you have to give up food.

I tried your gluten free brownies. They're great! I'm going to try swirling the cheese thoughout as well. I had a non-gf recipe that was made like that. Thanks for the post!
