About me
I grew up in the Oklahoma Panhandle in a small town. I moved away in 1991. I miss Oklahoma terribly. I now live in Rhode Island and hate it here. All these Yankees are a driving me crazy. LOL. I miss southern food like grits, okra, better produce and fresh beef and chicken. Hopefully, moving back home soon. The food is terrible here.

Hello Oklahoma girl Jill! :) You can probably use the bulgar wheat that you have already, however it may be found in the produce section of some grocery stores. Wal-Mart and Kroger carry this brand here. Thanks so much for your comment on the Over The Top Taboli Salad recipe! And I surely hope that you can make it with the type wheat that you have.
