Hello, jim thanks for viewing my buffalo mozzarella, usually it is not made with garlic... but I have always tried my own flavor of adding (pardon the play on words) that extra kick to the palate. Believe me it is quite good.... I have had many,many compliments on this version. Try it yourself and tell me what you think!!! since you lived in Italy use the full body olive oil not the extra light olive oil.


Hi Jim. If you can find an Asian supermarket you should be able to get most of the ingredients. Galangal can be substituted with more ginger and the fish sauce can be substituted with soy sauce. Hope this helps!
