Hi, my name is Jimmy, I work in a vegetarian restaurant in Lancaster which is on the North West coast of England. I am not a vegetarian myself, in fact I am an avid carnivour although I have found the experience of assisting with menu planning and preparation of vegetarian dishes both challenging and fascinating. Vegetarianism has come along in leaps and bounds in this country but we still have a long way to go to achieve a true meatfree Nirvana. I am looking forward to sharing my thoughts, ideas and recipes with a multitude of cooks and foodies and receiving great ideas and advice from same.
