Thanks, jm, for the comment on the ham steak recipe - it is our favorite way to eat ham off the grill. It sounds like so much horseradish, but the juice tames it down and gives it a great sweet/sharp flavor. One of the reviewers said she also put it on some sliced grilled pineapple to go with the ham, and I am definitely trying that as soon as our "grilling season" opens up around here.
