About me
Love to cook at home. But once in a while indulge in a luxury meal in some fancy restaurant with my hubby. We both share the same passion for food. Quite often we experiment new dishes, add on ingredients to existing recipes etc. Julian, my hubby is a better cook then me. Especially his cheese & herb pasta! Mom used to run a banana leaf Indian restaurant. My mom is Chinese. But she cook amazing Indian dishes. Same goes to dad. His signature dishes are fish curry, dry chicken curry & my personal favourite sambal udang petai! Love to experiment east meets west dishes. I don't consider myself as a brilliant cook. I'm a recipe book person. As long as I have a recipe book as a guide, my dishes won't go wrong. One thing I know, whoever that ate my food didn't end up in the hospital! Haha...

Juliana,

Glad you accepted my friend request. Looking forward to getting to know you better and share recipes.

Be well,
Annie

Sent you the pictures (finally)!!! Let me know if you get them or not. They were fairly large and bounced back undeliverable the first attempt. They didn't bounce again, but I never got my copy of the email back either. Hope you like them.

Hi!! I have most all of my shopping done. I just finished painting a winter scene (church, barn and farm house in the snow) on a wood mailbox that my husband made for me. I'm in charge of youth at our church. The congregation puts all of their cards for each other at the church for the youth to sort and deliver. Anyway, we've used a basket for years and I thought it was time to move up. I had one man offer to buy it!! This is my last week to get my crafts for the school Santa's workshop aka craft sale. Not one thing is tagged, so I need to get cracking on that! Then, finally get the ornaments going. Sounds like a crazy pace, but I LOVE to craft. Have a good one!!

Thanks to everyone who have written me and when I finally get back in November..Also Thank You to so many who wanted to be added to my friend list.. I think I have gotten everyone approved and hopefully we can chat more when I get back for the winter months
I will begin to get caught up with everyone that I have grown close to here and who email me regularly and so many new individuals ..WOW this place has grown while I have been away
I am busy with paranormal research at this moment and these past two months
Having gotten back from traveling with some friends in late September.. I immediately had to get ready for research and my assignments in paranormal research and though I do check my email regularly I do not have very much time to write everyone so ...
Please forgive me and hopefully be back and in touch in the middle of November

I've been thinking about the ornaments. I gathered up several Tablespoons at thrift shops, etc. I might paint on the spoon part and bend the handle of the spoon to make into ornament. I've seen this done and they are really nice. Especially if you can find spoons with fancy handles. That really adds to them, too. I've seen the spoons made into bracelets, too. Now, to just find the time to get them done in time!! ;)

Hi. Thanks for inquiring about my Christmas ornaments. I hate to say, I haven't started to think about this year's ornament yet. I'm busy preparing handmade jewelry for a craft sale in the local school. Maybe I'll do some type of beading for this year's ornament. Thanks for making me think about it!! I'll credit you if I make beaded ornaments this year!!

Welcome and thanks for being a buddy.
