About me
I am usually up for trying any kind of food, but tend to stay away from slimy things. I love sushi and attempt to make my own once in a while. I love grilled meats and have started making my own rubs (used to be strictly a sauce BBQ kind of guy). If I cook, I'll use a recipe once to see what it is supposed to taste like, then will proceed to ignore it and make it my way (different almost every time) after that. I make gourmet pizzas for quick meals and when I *really* cook, I use at least 3 pots or pans and multiple mixing bowls. The more complicated a recipe, the more intrigued I am.
