About me
I live in London, UK and am seperated. I love running and run half marathons and marathons. Also played a couple of games for my country Great Britain at baseball. Have a fab girlfriend who also loves running and have two wonderful girls aged 10 and 7 :) I love my Greek, Spanish and Italian food amongst others but try a wide variety of foods. Great site you've got here guys. I love it !

Hey Im getting back into running more now. They canceled my spin class so Im running. I am training for some fun runs and then a hlaf marathon in Sept. My body just can't take those full marathons anymore. I am only up to 6 miles...yikes! I will get up there before I know it!

Looks good to me. Do you like oatmeal?. I posted a recipe for Oatmeal on the go. I made a bunch of them to take running with me. I like them cus there not sweet and they ar
