Cooking is so many things. Although I tend to cook by re cipe, I love cooking because it is a way to be creative. I also noticed that when you cook for people, even if it doesn't work out as well as you hoped, they are always touched be the effort. I like to use fresh ingredients, no condensed soups or cake or pudding mixes. When I see these things in a recipe, I look for another one. I like to make all these things myself.
