About me
I'm (usually) a SAHM with kids, 10 and 8, who are in school. I substitute-teach on an as-needed basis, and I enjoy it, but the truth is, I get to lurk at my kids' classes and see what they're doing! Our family enjoys home-cooked meals 6 days a week, and we go out to eat after church on Sunday. I'm into nutrition, vitamins, fiber and veggies, and although my daughter and I love vegetables, my hubby and son don't enjoy them as much. With kids in a couple of after-school activities, I use my slow-cooker at least twice a week. I enjoy quick but nutritious meals with minimal prep time. (who doesn't?!)
